Responsibilities of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) * Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care prepared by an RN.
* Assist clients with daily personal needs including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation * Comply with all written and mobile documentation and recordkeeping requirements Requirements of the Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) * NJ CHHA certification required * Current CPR certification * Current Physical with documented PPD or Chest X-Ray * Valid driver's license with an insured automobile * Smartphone * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull * Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
