The Workday Payroll Reporting, Integrations and Technical Lead is responsible for collaborating with and providing consultation to the team implementing Workday HCM, Payroll and Finance.
As a subject matter expert for Payroll and Finance, you will foster an overall data culture focusing on the right metric, in the right format, to the right person.
Build and maintain a governance structure around our data and reporting; lead the strategy behind the delivery of our data, how, what, when, and who will receive the data to ensure we are delivering actionable insights to drive people and company performance.
Serve as the Workday Payroll and Finance reporting domain authority providing best practices and standards. Responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Integrations through the use of data connections to and from Workday.Requirements:
5+ years advanced experience with the Workday application to include advanced reporting proficiency.
5+ years of advanced experience in Workday Integrations working on large Workday initiatives.
5+ years of advanced experience with Workday Studio (minimum of 10 Studio integrations), Workday Report Writer, Calculated fields Workday Extend, CCB, BIRT, EIBs, Core Connectors, Integration System User (ISU), Integration System Security Group (ISSG)
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing and testing on the Workday platform (Proficient with Integrations, Integration Security, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, XML, XSLT, SOAP and Rest APIs)
5+ years Finance data analysis experience, including the ability to understand business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
3+ years experience with Workday Prism Analytics.Deep Workday Reporting expertise using BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations and composite reporting.
3+ years of experience with Workday security in relation to reporting.
