    Description

    Tecknomic is urgently seeking enthusiastic and experienced trainers to lead a one-week intensive Work Readiness Boot Camp designed for young adults aged Candidates must be local/near to Washington, DC to facilitate in-person training in early June 2024.

    Job Type:
    Part-time

    Rate:
    $35 to $50 per hour (depending on experience)


    Training Mode:
    Onsite


    Training Dates:
    June 10th - 14th, 2024

    Training Duration:
    Various Courses during the period (8:30am - 3:30pm ET)

    Professional Work Readiness for Young Adults


    Job Description:


    As a Work Readiness Trainer, you will play a crucial role in preparing participants for the workforce by delivering engaging and practical training sessions.

    The boot camp will cover a variety of topics including resume writing, interview skills, workplace etiquette, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.


    Responsibilities:
    Facilitate engaging workshops and hands-on activities.
    Provide personalized feedback and support to participants.
    Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training experience.
    Assess participant progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
    Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in training, teaching, or a related field.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to engage and motivate young adults.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Knowledge of work readiness skills and job market trends.
    Experience with curriculum development is a plus.
    A relevant degree or certification in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
