    Home Repair/Exclusion Technician

    Location: Woodinville, WA (Training, meetings, and other office-related activities take place here)

    We are in search of a dedicated Home Repair/Exclusion Technician to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of family focus, passion, commitment, and integrity. You will utilize your expertise in residential construction and carpentry to address and resolve customers' pest issues by sealing entry points to prevent rodent access. Key duties include interpreting job orders, identifying repair locations on maps, and using hand tools safely.     A Typical Day as a Home Repair/Exclusion Technician

    Morning Preparation:

    • Review the day's project outline at our Woodinville office.
    • Prepare your work truck with the necessary materials.

    Travel and Project Execution:

    • Drive responsibly to customer locations across King and Snohomish Counties.
    • Engage with customers in-person to address their pest issues with empathy.

    Project Work:

    • Efficiently perform exclusion repairs to Eastside standards using provided tools.
    • Maintain cleanliness at the work area and show respect for the homeowners' property.

    Administrative Tasks:

    • Submit notes and paperwork accurately to the office.

    Key Requirements

    • Strong customer service abilities.
    • Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
    • Pass necessary background and screening checks.
    • Valid driver's license and insurable Motor Vehicle Record.
    • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
    • Flexible availability for weekends and evenings.
