    KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a direct hire
    ICU Registered Nurse – FT Nights for our targeted client located in the
    St.

    Marys, Ohio area.


    Targeted Pay Range:
    $40hr-$55hr
    (pay varies depending upon skills and experience level).


    Hours:
    7:00pm – 7:00am


    Weekend: Every third weekend


    Holidays: Rotation


    Targeted Client Description:

    Job Summary:


    The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing top-tier care for patients in an Intensive Care Unit, where the situation is fast-paced and the conditions are often complex and life-threatening.

    ICU RN's will be responsible for closely monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications, and providing life-saving interventions.

    The ICU RNs are also involved in utilizing advanced medical equipment and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
    • Assumes a lead role in patient teaching. Places the patient at the center of care practices.
    • Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
    • May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity.
    • Must be willing to cross-train and float to the ED setting.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Licensed RN. BSN preferred.
    • Previous experience preferred in critical care setting.
