- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of total work experience, with Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of fund accounting practices, financial regulations, and process improvement methodologies.
