    Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Home Health Care

    We are seeking an experienced RN to join the team as an Assistant Director of Nursing In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing/Administrator to ensure the highest level of care for all patients. You will be instrumental in helping prospective clients and their families understand services, coordinating new client intake, and managing patient care plans. Additionally, you'll assist with various aspects of business operations and support the caregiving team to deliver exceptional care.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing/Administrator to uphold the organization's standards of care.
    • Assist prospective clients and family members in understanding our services and offerings.
    • Coordinate new client intake process and conduct comprehensive client assessments.
    • Address client inquiries related to care, schedules, and billing with professionalism and empathy.
    • Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs and preferences.
    • Document all significant client and caregiver interactions thoroughly and accurately.
    • Effectively communicate care plans to caregivers to ensure consistency and quality of care.
    • Work alongside the HR department to facilitate new caregiver orientations and training.
    • Assist with client scheduling and caregiver staffing as required to meet client needs.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to promote business growth.
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid RN license.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Geriatric Nursing.
    • Previous management experience is essential.
    • Passion for serving seniors and their families with dedication and empathy.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
    • Ability to represent the organization positively and professionally in all interactions.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
