Buckingham Friends School seeks a new full-time kindergarten assistant teacher to start September 2024.

This position includes working with the kindergarten teacher to develop curriculum and teach the kindergarten class and communicate with parents; working closely with and maintaining positive and effective relationships with the reading specialist and other Lower School teachers; assisting with writing progress reports and maintaining student records; advancing the School's mission as a Friends school, aligning with the School's core values and philosophy, actively supporting the School's strategic plan; and assisting with admissions.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching at the kindergarten level, the ability to differentiate instruction, and a demonstrated track record of contributing to their former school(s) and their future vision, community, and culture.
