• Conditions treated: - Epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and tremor - Multiple sclerosis, Stroke - Dementia, including Alzheimer's disease - Headaches, including migraines - Gait and balance disorders - Vertigo and dizziness - Seizure disorders - Brain tumors

Requirements:

• Active GA License or IMLC
• BC/BE (If BE, must obtain BC within 5 years)
• Completion or upcoming completion of neurology residency or fellowship
