Rejoignez Hard Rock Cafe avec lun de nos postes cl Vous serez le responsable de la premire impression de nos clients en leur offrant une exprience positive avant mme qu'ils ne partent pour rejoindre leur table.

En tant que bartender chez Hard Rock Cafe, vous assumerez galement le rle de guide, de communicant, de showman, de dcideur, de conservateur de nos Memorabilias et de musicien (de coeur).

Responsibilities:

Les Fonctions de base de notre Bartender sont les suivantes:

Prparer nos boissons et cocktails en accord avec nos recettes
Faire preuve de Responsabilit dans le Service de lAlcool
Servir des prestations de Restauration
Grer une Caisse avec Cash et autres moyens de paiement
Raliser des Ventes efficaces avec utilisation dun systme POS ( Point of Sales )
Vrifier les Cartes didentit pour tous clients paraissant moins de 30 ans
Maintenir votre niveau de Caisse
Diriger correctement les clients dans les diffrents espaces du restaurant Toilettes, etc.
Dmontrer une Parfaite Connaissance de nos Produits
Dvelopper les Ventes grace un excellent esprit dinitiative
Maintenir un bar propre et organis
Etre Responsable de votre niveau de Stock et des Iventaires
Stocker les alcools, bires, vins et verres durant le service
Etiqueter, Dater, Emballer et Rfrigrer les lments prepars pour le Bar
Maintenir le matriel mis disposition en parfait tat de propret (vier 3 compartiments, ustensiles, verres, etc.)
Prendre en charge les oprations douverture, de fermeture du Bar Mise en place/ Rangement du Bar, Nettoyage du Comptoir, des verres, du sol, etc.
Rpondre aux questions des clients de manire courtoise
Crer des Expriences Inoubliables pour nos clients
Divertir les clients afin quils deviennent de vritables fans de notre Enseigne

Exigences Requises:

Etre performant sur des plages horaires tendues en station debout et ncessitant de nombreux mouvements derrire le bar avec port de charges
Faire preuve dune bonne prsentation
Porter luniforme requis
Maintenir les standards dhygine et de scurit
Recycler les produits lorsque cela est possible
Rester calme dans une atmosphere agite et en mouvement constant
Dmontrer un haut niveau dorganisation, une attention au dtail et avoir le sens des priorits
Afficher une attitude positive et visiblement amicable envers les clients
Etre le garant des Missions et des 5 valeurs fondamentales de Hard Rock Cafe
