    We are seeking a

    Product Marketing Manager

    The Product Marketing Manager will lead storage product and solution marketing for a set of business offerings that work seamlessly with backup management software providers to help IT decision makers & doers fulfill their organizations' data backup, protection, and recovery plans.

    You'll own the outcomes as the person spearheading efforts to build out and build upon strategies, messaging, plans, programs, and materials in service of measurable goals—in collaboration with teammates across marketing, sales, partnership, and product management.


    What You'll Do:
    Develop compelling end user positioning and messaging of joint solutions, informed by strategy, market insights and customer research, and understanding of our products
    Help define strategy for select segments based on in-depth win/loss analysis, development of enterprise ICPs and personas, and deep understanding of solution areas and customer journey
    Drive high-impact go-to-market plans and execute programs to move the business—with a team of resources supporting your vision and the objectives and goals you define
    Roll up your sleeves and personally deliver priority tactics and collateral—ie: web pages and tests, emails, blog posts, webinars, and a few big events a year
    Be the expert and internal advocate of your key customer segment, including owning personas and ICPs, and driving research to inform or update understanding and efforts
    Help enable customer-facing teams with talking points and other materials for the products under you, and support Sales and Partner Marketing colleagues on key co-marketing initiatives
    Manage marketing campaign spending to deliver on ROI targets within budget

    The Right Fit:
    5+ years of technology marketing experience, incl. 3+ years in a dedicated product marketing role
    Strong track record favorably impacting customer and pipeline outcomes via positioning and messaging, campaign planning and execution, and overall thought leadership
    Significant experience in cloud infrastructure, data storage, or data protection preferred
    Data-oriented—comfortable interpreting, summarizing, and driving meaningful actions from data
    Skillful planning and carrying out multiple initiatives or programs concurrently
    Ability to effectively engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bonus points for having previous presentation experience.
    Strong orientation around team, delighting customers, and overall having a positive impact

    We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.

    Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

    The base pay range for this position is $115,800 to $158,800
