    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    RPh on the Go is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Iowa City, IA. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, days shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile compounding techniques and will be committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.     Responsibilities:

    • Prepare sterile products, including cytotoxic drugs, in single doses.
    • Compound sterile products in accordance with principles of aseptic technique and prescriber orders.
    • Perform quality assurance activities and maintain quality control records to ensure appropriate sterile compounding processes.
    • Conduct inventory maintenance to ensure adequate stock levels.


    Requirements:

    • Active and clear Iowa Pharmacy Technician License
    • PTCB Certification
    • Home Infusion pharmacy experience and clinical pharmacy experience are desirable.
    • Previous sterile compounding experience is required.
    • Home Infusion experience is preferred.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
