LHH is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a financial services client in San Francisco, CA. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle a variety of accounts payable and administrative tasks to support the finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire cycle of Accounts Payable, which includes preparing and processing invoices efficiently
• Resolve any discrepancies by reconciling vendor statements
• Process employee expense reports
• Keep sub-ledgers for USE tax filings updated
• Assist with end-of-month closing procedures
• Support various tasks within the Finance Team
• Contribute to special projects when required

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a finance department
• Prior experience in Financial Services is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with Coupa/NetSuite
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
