- Manage the entire cycle of Accounts Payable, which includes preparing and processing invoices efficiently
- Resolve any discrepancies by reconciling vendor statements
- Process employee expense reports
- Keep sub-ledgers for USE tax filings updated
- Assist with end-of-month closing procedures
- Support various tasks within the Finance Team
- Contribute to special projects when required
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a finance department
- Prior experience in Financial Services is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with Coupa/NetSuite
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
