    Description
    We are seeking a Sr.

    Manager Software Quality Assurance to become an integral part of our team You will develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software issues.

    Participate in estimating and resource planning, process and tool improvement recommendations. Responsible for leading the team of testers in validating the project implementation.

    You will have to develop test plans including documenting testing strategy, manage test execution, define defect management process as well as do the defect tracking.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide leadership and technical expertise within the QA teams

    Define QA strategy, approach, and execution on a range of development projects

    Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspects

    Work with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues

    Track and document all testing defects and resolutions

    Participate in the design and development for test automation and support

    Organize, implement, and execute defined testing processes within the test team

    Identify, recommend and implement mitigation strategies to keep project work on track

    Oversee the test preparation (test conditions, test scripts)

    Monitor the test execution process

    Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

    Ability to leverage business, product and functional requirements to create test plans and test cases.

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business and technical stakeholders.


    Proven command of various software testing methods, levels, types, and processes and where they fit in the overall system and produce development lifecycles.


    Demonstrated ability to design and execute test plans and test activities for a project with overlapping development schedules and release cycles.


    Has demonstrated lead capabilities:
    lead a team(s) successfully, works well with other departments Contributes to the development of other team members. Has demonstrated planning and resource scheduling skills. Facilitates troubleshooting and solves problems.


    Review and executes manual and automated test cases, as well as performs back end data validation where it is applicable.

    Communicates quality information throughout the organization.

    Expert experience or knowledge required in the following: SQE process, SQE documentation, Agile development methodology, and testing

    Understanding of Coding Fundamentals (variable declaration, program flow, functions, error handling, etc.)

    Understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST)

    Proficient with automated testing tools (Selenium)

    Strong working understanding and implementation practice of software development life-cycle and testing tools

    Advanced experience using estimation practices related to task durations to meet schedules in an agile software development environment

    8+ years of hands-on experience performing functional, system, performance and acceptance testing in technology organizations.

    5+ years of experience leading and overseeing quality assurance responsibilities

    3+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

    Pay:
    $110, $130,000.00 per year
