    Would you like to work with one of the leading innovators in high quality plasticware? We are seeking Production Machine Operators for a local well established manufacturing company

    Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts available.
    Day- $16.25
    Swing- $1.00 differential
    Graveyard- $3.00 differential

    POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing basic machine operations, product line inspection and move materials with the use of carts, hand trucks and/or pallet jacks.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
    Injection Molding Machine Operator
    Operate various pieces of secondary equipment
    Movement of product, supplies, materials, etc.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
    1. English and math skills sufficient to communicate/read job related items
    2. Repeated lifting, leveraging and carrying of up to 50 pounds for both short and longer distances on cement flooring.
    3. Repeated regular and extended twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching and reaching.
    4. Extensive standing and walking on cement (up to eight hours).
    5. Work in an enclosed area with noise.
    6. Ability to recognize, through sight and sound, alarm notifying employee that there is a malfunction in the machinery. Identify the problem and take the necessary steps to correct it.
    7. Accurately compare, read and record identification numbers up to "26" alphanumeric series.
    8. Use all equipment safely and with a high level of expertise.
    9. Ability to stay on task in order to insure timely and accurate completion of duties.
    10. Ability to grasp and feel product when performing inspection procedures.
    11. Ability to identify defects in the products.
    12. Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
    13. Regular and timely daily attendance with overtime as assigned on a regular and consistent basis.
    14. Use of the appropriate personal protective equipment; including, hairnets and gloves
    15. Transition from an indoor climate to an outdoor climate throughout the work shift.
