What youll do:
+ Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies and cross-checking cost estimates
+ Prepare detailed submittal drawings per BCM standards including but not limited to control drawings, flow diagrams, network drawings, valve and damper schedules and bill of materials
+ Prepare BAS equipment floor plans indicating networking and DDC equipment layouts
+ Generates RFIs
+ Develop HVAC sequences of operations
+ Gather all technical information to produce quality submittals
Who you are:
+ B.S. in Engineering or 2-4 years HVAC Controls Design or Maintenance experience
+ Understanding of networking, temperature controls and integrated systems
+ Strong skills in electronics troubleshooting and relay logic
+ Sound knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software
+ Good understanding of construction methods
+ Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks
Reports to the Engineering Manager
Salary Range: $75-$95K
