    About The Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Operations to oversee the seamless integration and efficient operation of our flagship charge card product and expense management software. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, driving customer satisfaction, aligning departments to focus on top priority customer-reported issues, and working closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure timely releases and establishing acquirable KPIs, metrics, and goals for the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Execute day-to-day operations by collaborating closely with product development, sales, marketing, customer support, and finance teams to align operations with revenue-earning business objectives.
    • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement processes to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the performance and adoption of our flagship charge card product and expense management software among SMBs and other opportunistic business partners.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and metrics to monitor the performance of the charge card product and expense management software, ensuring a superior customer experience.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to financial products and data security. Implement risk management protocols to mitigate potential risks.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the performance and adoption of our flagship charge card product and expense management software among SMBs.
    • Training and Development: Oversee training programs for internal teams and external partners to ensure proficiency in using the charge card product and expense management software.
    • Vendor Onboarding and Management: Onboard and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and conduct data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
    • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
    • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience (7+ years) in operations management in fintech products, strongly preferably within the fintech or BaaS industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of fintech products, services, and operational processes.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in the financial industry.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

    Compensation

    The compensation for this role is 130k-185k+ (depending on experience).
