    McGowan Well Water Compliance Management is a Potable Water Compliance company located in Ringwood, New Jersey. Our company is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the safety and quality of well water. We provide comprehensive water testing and compliance management solutions to residential and commercial clients.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid for a Compliance & Regulatory Manager. The Compliance Manager for Well Water will be responsible for conducting analyses of well water samples, interpreting and reporting results, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. The Specialist will also be responsible for communicating with clients, coordinating sample collection, and maintaining accurate records.

    Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
    • Analytical Skills for conducting water sample analyses and interpreting results
    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and reporting results
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the water industry or environmental field is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field strongly recommended
    • Must have knowledge of the NJDEP monitoring schedules for Small and Very Small Public Water Systems.

    Must be familiar with NJDEP Drinking Water Watch.

    Must have good computer skills.

    Must be able self-starter and able to work alone.

    Familiarity with testing laboratory operations is a plus.

    Hybrid or full work-from-home possible depending on applicants location.

    The job includes:

    o Ordering water testing for our clients

    o Reviewing test reports

    o Notifying management of any water quality violations

    o Serving a company intermediary with certified laboratories

    o Annual project during 4

    th

    quarter of comparing our monitoring schedules with DWW

    o Coordinating license renewal testing requirements with DEP

    o Generating Crystal reports of outstanding test reports during monitoring period

    o Following up with lab is test reports are not received within the monitoring period
