- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Evaluate research to inform design enhancements and improvements
- Create experience flow diagrams that explore an end user's journey
- Create wireframes, design concepts, and prototypes in Figma and Figjam that effectively represent a banking client's branding and product requirements
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, client feedback, peer feedback, and/or emerging product requirements
- Validate developer builds meet UX specifications and styles
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- Rising Senior (graduating December 2024 through May 2025)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in standard UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and a willingness to sharpen your skills in Figma
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge in usability and interface principles – understands user-centered design process

As a 2024 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. About The Team
The FIS Banking User Experience team is looking fill an internship for a Junior UX Designer role to join our team to help empower people through banking technologies that are useful, usable, and delightful. As we design new and innovative products to serve this market, you will have the chance to grow your UX knowledge and skills in a variety of areas and work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in user experience, financial services and technology.
