Position: Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) - Maternity Leave

Dates: September 1, December 31, 2024

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Caseload: K-12 students

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Rhode Island (RI)

Compensation:

Pay: $40/hr - $55/hr (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide maternity leave coverage. This full-time position will span from September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The OT will work with K-12 students, providing essential therapy services to support their educational and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students' needs for occupational therapy.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals.
Monitor and document student progress.
Adapt and modify activities to promote student success in school activities.

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Rhode Island.
Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
