    Linux DevOps Engineer

    The Linux DevOps Engineer will primarily be working with infrastructure-as-code environments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing, such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

    4+ years
    Bachelor's Degree
    Additional Qualifications

    4+ years of experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies
    3+ years of experience with automation tools, including Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Puppet
    3+ years of experience with automating system configurations and orchestrating network operations and DevOps pipelines, scaling, releases, and day-to-day system operations in Cloud environments
    3+ years of experience with managing Git-based version control systems, including GitLab and GitHub
    2+ years of experience with architecting and deploying applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
    Preferred Experience

    Solve complex infrastructure challenges related to low latency large scale distributed systems
    Create and maintain systems documentation and runbooks
    Respond to system and security alerts and resolve or escalate issues as necessary
    Experience using DevOps resources such as: Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Bash, etc
    Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, or container orchestration
    Strong knowledge and experience with cloud services and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
    Excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills
    Experience using monitoring and log collection tools such as Nagios, CheckMK, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Logstash, Kibana, and Filebeat
    Experience with virtualization technologies
    Experience with performance tuning and diagnosing system bottlenecks through root cause analysis
    Solid knowledge about Backup and Disaster Recovery policies and best practices
    Experienced with the DevOps philosophy, practices, and tools
    Migrate workload/services data from/to the cloud
