    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Minute Taker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Taking accurate and concise minutes during meetings and events
    • Writing clear and concise summaries of discussions and decisions
    • Providing executive-level reports to clients

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. English, Communications, Business)
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
