    Description

    MUST HAVE ACTIVE WA LICENSE TO SUBMIT
    NO weekends required - just on call shifts for weekends and one weekend every 6 weeks.

    Call Requirement:
    The shift is , 3d / week, week-day and weekend call coverage (averages about 1 night a week and one Sat/Sun per 6-week period - must respond within 30 minutes - but sleep room provided for call shift if unable)


    PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
    40% Inpatient / 60% Outpatient
    Heart block/CAD/CHF/Tachycardia


    SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
    Cardioversion / Defibrillation

    LVAD
    Obtain 12 Lead EKG
    Sheath Removal
    Post-Op, Pre-Op
    EP Lab, Interventional, Pre/Post, Procedural

    4 man team- 2 RN / 2 Techs


    REQUIRED:
    Cath Lab Experience (2 yrs), IABP, Impella


    REQUIRED:
    Patient Recovery


    CERTS:
    ACLS & NCLA required
