    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the food service area, including dishwashing, setting tables, sweeping, mopping, and other tasks
    • Serving or preparing meals according to standards, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation
    • Adherence to HACCP guidelines for food handling
    • Proper storage of food following safety and sanitation regulations
    • Building positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and management
    • Ensuring a safe work environment and following proper procedures
    • Compliance with SPHP's code of conduct

    Requirements:

    • Preferably have experience in food service and customer service
    • Required working papers for individuals under 18
    • Ability to follow instructions and communicate in English at a 6th-grade level

    Pay Range:
    $23.50 per hour

    Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

    Exempt roles under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will receive a salary equivalent to the stated hourly rates.

    Pay may vary within the range based on location.
