- The Surgical/Ortho Unit Registered Nurse / RN plays a vital role in coordinating nursing care for medical patients throughout their hospital stay.
- Responsible for patient and family education, the RN provides leadership by collaborating with ancillary staff and maintaining professional standards in the clinical environment.
- Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters)
- Required: BLS Certification
- Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or compact state
- ACLS certification is preferred
