    HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

    Grow a rewarding nurse leadership career, beginning as the RN Supervisor on PM shift on this 42-bed Medical Surgical Unit. This unit is comprised of multiple pre and post-surgical cases: Ortho, Bariatric, Uro, plastics, cancer, and gender reassignment procedures. Unit includes designated beds for geriatric and behavioral health populations. Expand your own clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities, as you support the day-to-day operations, team member performance management, scheduling, unit initiatives, provider and team member engagement. Impact patient satisfaction and other unit metric scores through positive, consistent, and visible leadership.

    Become a Magnet journey champion, as you help prepare the unit and team for their first Magnet designation.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices
    • Degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • 3-years of inpatient nursing unit experience that includes medical surgical experience
    • 1-year Charge Nurse/Team Lead experience highly desired
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills necessary.
    • Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
