    Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic Manager who can lead both the front and back of the house teams at our busy location.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Manage daily operations, including food ordering, purchasing, storage, and preparation. Also, handle guest relations, business flow, and service standards.
    • Address inventory discrepancies and create action plans for resolution.
    • Ensure all food items meet company recipes and adhere to safety regulations.
    • Supervise all restaurant areas during business hours, taking on various responsibilities throughout the day.
    • Provide guidance and recognition to team members.
    • Engage with guests to enhance relationships, address issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
    • Lead pre-shift meetings, make staffing decisions, and evaluate team performance.
    • Conduct interviews for new team members.
    • Participate in managerial and crew meetings, as well as Manager-in-Training sessions.

    Key Skills Needed:

    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
    • Solid understanding of the menu, leadership qualities, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service skills.
    • Financial knowledge, adaptability, resilience, and familiarity with health and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in full-service management.
    • Proven track record of leading both front of house and back of house teams.
    • Demonstrated stability in previous roles.
