    The Human Resource Assistant will alternate between the Montgomery Cancer Center and Baptist East HR Offices. The assistant is responsible for tracking family medical leave cases, data entry of team member information into the HR and Payroll systems, completing employment and wage verifications, and answering questions related to policies, procedures, timekeeping and benefits. The HR Assistant will also greet and assist team members and leaders and provides general clerical support for the department. Monday - Friday, day shift.Description

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • Prefer at least one year clerical experience in Human Resource or payroll/benefits setting.
    • Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to maintain a professional and customer centric composure in difficult or challenging situations.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization.
