Our software supports equipment rental, and functionality includes inventory management, customer management, order management, and logistics.

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance individual with experience in C# and .Net who will help support our software development team and wear several different hats.

Our ideal candidate would be interested in learning development, although this is not a development position.
Responsibilities
Software QA
Design and execute tools, technology and software testing processes
Execute manual and automated testing
Document test cases
Code automated tests
Discover/document software bugs
Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
Review UI for consistency and functionality
Help Desk, supporting 3rd party help desk serving ~20 users
Implement standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
Job Requirements

Requirements
At least 2 years of SW Quality Assurance experience
Although this is a remote WFH position, we prefer candidates who are closer to our location in San Diego.
Proven ability to function as a team member who adds value
Proven ability to meet deadlines and product schedules
