We are looking to bring add an experience Clinical Director to the team The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall clinical leadership supervision and quality of care provided within the Behavioral Health and Partial Care Programs This role ensures that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices regulatory requirements and accreditation standards while supporting staff development client outcomes and program growthThe Clinical Director provides direct supervision to clinical staff oversees treatment planning ensures compliance with state and accrediting bodies and collaborates closely with executive leadership and operations
