    Job Objective:
    Harvest Midstream is seeking intellectually curious and driven MBA students to join our team. We aim to provide our intern with hands-on opportunities to participate as full members of the Finance team.

    Intern will work directly with the Corporate Finance team while also getting exposure to other groups across Finance and Operations.


    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    Financial Modeling and Analysis:
    Assists in creation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models and forecasts of various tenures and purposes, including the company corporate modelCorrespond with cross-functional areas of business as part of financial and operations initiatives including monthly accounting processes, budget and forecast preparationSupport preparation of strategic analysis of transactions and presentations through financial, structural, and business risk analysisAnalyzes financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision makingAssists in preparation of monthly financial reports, managing capital forecast, budget planning, quarterly activity reviews, research and analysis of G&A and ad hoc reporting

    Presentation Development:
    Assists in preparation of presentation materials for internal projects as required by the executive team and regional vice presidentsCreate reports and presentations for banks, investors, analysts, and rating agencies

    Financial Corporate Development:

    Support various financial management activities including capital structure and programs, debt market activity, strategic capital management, financial facilities management, M&A financing and other finance initiatives.

    Support investor relations activities and communication with banksPrepare, monitor and present peer data and relevant market research for comparison / variance analysis and periodic updatesOther Job Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:
    Applicant must have full summer available.
    Intern should have an interest in pursuing a career in the oil & gas industry.


    Required:
    3.25 or higher GPA (Preferred: 3.5 or higher GPA)
