    Job Description:

    Assumes portfolio responsibility for customers with complex loan documents, financial and other reporting. Monitors financial statements and borrower reports for compliance with terms and conditions of loan agreements. Consults with Relationship Managers (RM) and Credit Analysts (CA) to accomplish responsibilities. Trains credit rotational program participants. Serves as subject matter expert regarding aspects of Credit Information Services (CIS) work

    Essential Functions:

    1. Assumes assignment of more complex customers with specialized loan documentation.
    2. Spreads fiscal year-end audits and related financial information into CoBanks financial database. Performs this function with interim financial statements, projections, and prospective borrower financial information as requested.
    3. Reviews annual audits and other borrower reports for compliance with affirmative, negative and financial loan agreement covenants.
    4. Maintains the CoBank system for monitoring borrower compliance including entering new and modified covenants, recording receipt of required reports, calculating financial covenant ratios, and monitoring compliance with terms and conditions of loan agreements. Informs RM and CA when borrower is not in compliance with the loan agreement.
    5. Develops and maintains a professional relationship with internal customers including relationship managers, credit analysts and credit managers.
    6. Performs periodic reviews of borrower covenant requirements to ensure compliance monitoring system consistency with loan agreement requirements.
    7. Serves as subject matter expertise regarding one or more aspects of CIS work. Serves as resource for CIS team in area(s) of expertise.
    8. Trains new hires and rotational CAP associates on designated aspects of CIS work, and reviews their work until they achieve proficiency.
    9. Leads and/or contributes to group initiatives and problem solving efforts.

    Education:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    Work Experience:

    2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services required

    The typical base pay range for this role is between $63,631 - $80,286. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
