    Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

    Duration: 12+ Months

    Location: San Diego, CA - Hybrid

    Required:

    To be successful in this role, you'll need to have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

    Highly experienced in their ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java/JavaScript

    Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack

    Experience with relational databases such as MySQL

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
