d. Solicits and participates in funded research (identifying specific role, funding source, and status of project). - Professional Service

a. Actively participates in community groups and organizations as related to the College Mission - Institutional Service
a. Participates in committee work at the program, school, or institutional level (delineate roles and nature of participation) - Teaching experience in Applied Behavior Analysis at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, preferred.
- Research mentorship experience, preferred.
- Experience teaching online/hybrid delivery modes, preferred.
- Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, required (ABDs will also be considered)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (or eligibility)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Louisiana (or eligibility), required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification (or eligibility), preferred.

Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking applicants for a 12-month graduate faculty position in Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis) with an anticipated start date of August 2024. Reporting to the Dean of Arts and Sciences, the faculty member will primarily serve teaching graduate coursework and chairing thesis projects in the Master of Science Applied Behavior Analysis Program. Secondary responsibilities in research and service also exist. Practice or consulting days alongside the appointment will be considered. The person in this position must function in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the University, must display an appreciation for Catholic higher education and must demonstrate a commitment to diversity.
