Job Title: IT Solutions Architect

Job Summary:

The IT Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in delivering impactful infrastructure consulting services by combining strategic architecture, technology expertise, and client insights to drive business value and adoption. This position involves building strong relationships across various business units and leading infrastructure projects utilizing either cloud or on-premise technologies.

Job Duties:

Drives IT strategy definition for clients
Defines and executes infrastructure services strategy
Collaborates with client management on technology offerings
Assesses client IT needs and implements solutions
Works with different teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
Manages strategic projects and identifies new technologies
Oversees Solution Architecture across various technologies
Handles IT integrations for M&A activities
Leads infrastructure solutions and delivery team
Travels to client sites as required
Performs other necessary duties

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manages team performance and development
Recruits and retains talent
Supports career growth of team members
Provides guidance as a Career Advisor

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology preferred

Experience:

Five or more years of infrastructure project leadership experience
Five or more years managing project timelines and deliverables
Five or more years of experience with infrastructure solutions
Two or more years of IT Assessments and Solution Architecture
Two or more years of application development experience
Experience in a consulting environment is a plus

License/Certifications:

Software:

Experience in multiple technology environments including Security, Cloud Technologies, Server Compute, Advanced Networking, and more
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, SQL, and others

Language:

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced technical environments
Keen on staying updated with industry trends
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical information for non-technical audiences
