    We are engaged with a rapidly growing hospitality organization near Vancouver, WA who is seeking a strategic Total Rewards Director If you are passionate about total rewards, compensation, benefits, and have 10+ years of experience in this specialty, please apply

    Must Haves:

    • Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days weekly.
    • Must have 10+ years Total Rewards Experience in addition to people management experience, 3+ years.
    • Must have WORKDAY HCM experience, non negotiable.

    Compensation Range k Base + 25% bonus

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    Benefits:

    • Maintains, evaluates, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the organization.
    • Continuously assess market trends to develop and refine total rewards strategies, ensuring they align with business and talent needs maintaining the ability to attract and retain employees.
    • Identify compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition trends/themes and make recommendations to revise or enhance offerings.
    • Manage external benefits, continuously evaluating the partnership.
    • Lead annual benefits renewal process, 401(k) audit, true-up, and excess return. Ensure plan documents are maintained, revise SPDs, ensure all regulatory filings are executed in accordance with requirements, and manage annual profit share process.

    Compensation:

    • Lead the design, development, and administration of broad-based compensation strategies, including salary structures, base pay FLSA designations, all short, long term and incentives, and other variable compensation plans under the direction of the Head of HR.
    • Lead the design and implementation of company job architecture, job evaluation and infrastructure structure and align with pay plan architecture.
    • Manage, evaluate, and communicate achievements against incentive targets to business leaders as well as executive team.
    • Conduct market research and evaluate compensation targets within the local market. Advise leadership on trends and recommendations on how to remain competitive.
    • Partner with Head of HR on evaluating annual merit, incentive, and equity compensation.

    HRIS:

    • Oversee an HRIS team who focuses on reporting, data analytics, integrations, and data entry.
    • Review and make continuous improvements to system to ensure managers can easily perform performance reviews.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Payroll and ten (10) years experience in an HR managerial position, overseeing and administering the compliant administration of all employee compensation and company health benefits in addition to experience with (but not limited to) 401k, life and AD&D insurance, short term/long term disability insurance, FMLA, HIPAA, ACA, and FLSA, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
    • Expert knowledge of common HRIS and strong experience with Workday.
    • Demonstrated project strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and team standards.
