    Job Description


    The individual in this role will provide onsite customer support; orders, inventory management, return & warranty support, dispute resolution, coordination of onsite technical, sales & operations training.


    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Shares a portfolio of national accounts within a team setting and collaborates to complete work in an efficient and effective manner.
    • Handles customer inquiries in person, phone and email with a high level of professionalism and finesse.
    • Establishes and maintains good customer relations by providing timely, professional, and accurate service to internal and external customers.
    • Works closely with the distribution, stores, and salesforce teams to ensure customer expectations are met.


    The Compensation range for this position is approximately $48k - $65k and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.

    Qualifications

    Requires an Associates Degree and at least 1 years related experience.
    Requires ability to read technical material. Must exhibit solid verbal,and written communication skills (Bi-lingual a plus. Must be computer,literate and ability to acclimate to PC based order entry system and,wireless, hand held scanners. Must exhibit basic math skills and ability,to organize and manage time appropriately.
