    Overview of Adobe's Student Athlete Micro-Internship

    As a member of the Employee Insights & Technology Operations team, you'll be working with people data to generate metrics and analytics and design and build visually compelling dashboards.

    You will partner closely with People Analysts, Report Developers, and System Architects to deliver data and insights.
    What You'll Do
    Data Visualization
    Partner closely with people analysts to understand the problems that the business is seeking to address and convert them into technical requirements
    Partner with people analysts and report developers on data clean up, building reports, performing testing to enable successful ingest of data from source system into the data warehouse
    Build reports/dashboards based on business requirements
    Lead testing, and partner on training, and roll-out
    Provide support for reports and dashboards (break-fix and prioritized enhancements)
    Data Science
    Partner with the cross-functional team on the data science projects leveraging knowledge of R, SQL, python and experience with quantitative analysis
    Build models and perform data analysis to answer business questions with data
    Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis
    Champion proper data handling to maintain confidentiality standards
    What You Need to Succeed
    Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December December 2026
    Major in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or a related field) is a plus
    Statistical modeling knowledge (required)
    Excellent data visualization skills (required)
    Excel intermediate/advanced level (preferred)
    Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of R (preferred)
    PowerBI or Tableau knowledge (preferred)
    Intermediate knowledge of Python (preferred)
    Exceptional work ethic
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Passion for working with data
    Great teamwork skills

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $ $30.00 hourly.
