Job Description: As a Registered Nurse with Georgia Essential, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to our pediatric clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing in-home supervisory visits

• Evaluating member needs and developing/revising member care plans

• Monitoring and supervising care provided by personal support aides

• Completing supervisory and members progress notes

• Reviewing and signing personal care support progress notes

• Educating members' caregivers and providing staff training

• Supervising personal support aides

• Communicating effectively with members, HR, admin, payroll, and directors

• Signing weekly timesheets via EVV system

• Submitting new intake packets and DMA-6A forms to the medical review unit and members' portal

• Providing assessments via the EVV app

• Taking notes via Google Sheets as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

• Valid RN certification/license

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Negative TB test certificate

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Photocopy of Social Security Card

• Current proof of auto insurance

• Ability to pass a national background check
