V.Ad mixtures as required;Provide consultations to Facility medical staff and the Medical Authorization Review Committee and provide discharge consultations as required;Monitor and instruct Pharmacy Technicians in standard and routine phases of the work, as appropriate; andPerform other duties as assigned.
