    Job Description/Responsibilities

    Buffalo Trace Distillery is currently seeking applicants for Laboratory Technician. This position conducts chemical and organoleptic analyses on varying shifts. Ensures all materials received adhere to required specifications and activities are compliant with company and regulatory requirements. Monitors bulk products and bottling lines for compliance with documented standards, including flavor, proof and package quality.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree; Chemistry or related science degree preferred. Lab/QC or related experience preferred. Must have strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Must have excellent computer skills. Prefer experience in the Alcoholic Beverage industry, proven sensory abilities and experience in chromatography techniques. This position is needed to cover varying shifts; the ability to work flexible hours is required.
