Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivering Mail - Our team members are responsible for delivering mail and packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes, adhering strictly to timeframes and schedules.  Delivering accurate information along the way too!
• Customer Assistance - Providing exceptional service support through prompt responses to customer inquiries, Help Customers regarding Postal Service deliverables  and addressing any concerns that may arise during daily interactions.  Keep those customers happy!
• Sorting Mail - Maintaining strict standards while organizing parcels based on size, shape, and route… helping guarantee swift delivery times!
