    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Position Summary:

    The role is responsible for supporting the Operations Team and will be responsible for all reporting, information processing, inventory support and data entry within this area.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain daily production report.
    • Support Inventory Specialists with administrative tasks related to inventory, shipping, product receipt and handling, and warehouse facility activities
    • Communicate any updates/issues to appropriate internal staff
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer orders or inventory both internally and externally
    • Work closely with the team to cover and assist in the entry of sales orders, acknowledgments, and date changes.
    • Ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
    • Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory shortages and delivery dates.
    • Work internally with Coordination and Scheduling to report and document inventory shortages
    • Assist in monitoring, prioritizing, and taking action on all visible constraints monitored by the planning department
    • Any other special tasks, assignments or projects as requested by the company
    Requirements:

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Exceptional customer service and roblem-solving skills
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
    • Acute attention to detail with high level of organization and accuracy
    • Effectively communicate with professionalism with customers and all members of organization
    • Adapt quickly to changing projects, policies, and procedures
    • Ability to work under pressure with no supervision to meet tight deadlines
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office

    Required Education and Experience

    • Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain role

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • BA or BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role
    • Bilingual - Spanish
