Our client, a Personal Care Manufacturer that specializes in personal care products happily located in Southern California, is actively looking to add a Product Development Manager to their team

Shift :
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

The Product Development Manager oversees product development processes and strategic sourcing initiatives while leading and coaching the Product team to ensure ongoing growth and development
Lead product development from concept to production, managing the entire lifecycle
Oversee tracking of raw materials and samples, ensuring timely production and photoshoot deadlines
Source, manage, and test raw materials to meet quality standards
Deep understanding of product development processes for personal care products.
~ Experience in strategic planning and execution and resource allocation.
