    SUMMARY:


    Reporting to the Vice President & Treasurer, the Senior Financial Analyst assists in data collection efforts for a broad range of functions.

    Initially, the focus will be on collecting information for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data and assisting with implementing a new capital expenditure system to have deeper insight into capital spend.

    Potential further areas that the analyst will assist with will be treasury, payroll, accounts payable, and corporate insurance.

    This role has executive management exposure and offers the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of treasury, financial operations and risk related topics.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide a detailed analysis of processes and systems to determine areas of improvement
    Ability to dig through data and reports to get actionable intelligence for metrics tracking
    Ability to help implement and utilize budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling tools
    Supporting senior management team and operations leadership with in-depth analysis
    Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reporting and analysis at management's request
    Complying and maintaining SOX documentation - responding to information and audit requests
    Complete other duties as assigned


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    1-2 years in a senior analyst role
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, required.
    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    Experience working with different stakeholders across various functions within company
    Exceptional communication and organization skills
