    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals for account reviews.

    Manage policy renewals, including re-marketing and creating renewal proposals.

    Maintain and update client files in our agency management system.

    Process and respond to incoming communications efficiently.

    Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.


    Requirement

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications preferred.

    Must hold or obtain a 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License (2-20 required for remote work).

    Experience with Insurance Agency Management Software- Applied EPIC preferred

    At least 1-2 years of insurance customer service or related experience.

    Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
