Job description
Seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Madison Heights for a pediatric behavioral clinic specializing in autism.Pay range:
$80,000-$110,000, with opportunities to earn an additional $10,400–$15,600 annually through bonus incentives.
Benefits include a $5,000 bonus after 90 days, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, continuing education, and Earned Wage Access.
Complete daily documentation and collaborate with families and professionals to set treatment goals.
Participate in training, prepare reports, and support team supervision when needed.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and physical ability to assist with therapy activities.
