Job Description:

Metas Solutions is seeking an experienced Web Developer to assist in a program designed to establish a modernized public health (PH) data ecosystem. This role will focus on upgrading infrastructure and system requirements to enable federal, state, tribal, local, and territorial (STLT) public health entities globally to make more informed decisions by ensuring the seamless flow of data.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with government clients and contractors to create and enhance web interfaces for internal SharePoint Online sites.
Gather and document client and stakeholder needs, transforming them into well-crafted, web-based products and resources.
Utilize technologies like Microsoft Power Apps, HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, D3, JSON, and image manipulation techniques to develop web applications and sites.
Offer guidance on web standards and best practices to both internal and external stakeholders, providing training on website design and analytics.
Assist client web developers with effective information display solutions and suggestions.
Engage in a variety of development activities, operations, maintenance, and support for existing SharePoint Online applications.
Redesign the user interface of SharePoint website pages as necessary.
Automate administrative processes and offer support using a solid understanding of program support/administrative procedures.
Advise on SPO site installations, maintenance, and development within an enterprise SPO system.
Resolve operational issues and provide support through Service Desk Support when required.
Recommend solutions to meet customer needs, including SP user interface modifications and other related tools.
Prepare accurate technical documentation of SPO sites and ensure they are Section 508 compliant.
Stay abreast of SPO processes for internal and external sites and communicate their implications to clients.
Conduct research and analysis for issue resolution on owned SPO sites.
Provide ongoing guidance on administrative policies and procedures within client divisions.
Participate in new SPO projects development and offer maintenance and client support as needed.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related programs with relevant Microsoft certifications, including SharePoint Certifications.
Possess experience ranging from entry-level to senior-level in offering user interface support within a SharePoint environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in SPO front-end development.
Preferably have experience with SPO Forms and workflows, Nintex Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Familiarity with various content management and workflow solutions.
Prior experience in supporting federal government and public health clients is advantageous.
