    is seeking a qualified Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns and automations that effectively promote the products, services, and content for our clients. You will work closely with Account Managers, Digital Marketing Strategists, Experience Designers, and Channel Specialists to create engaging email content designed to achieve our clients' business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices and experience using multiple email marketing software tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automations
    • Create compelling email content, including subject lines, headlines, body copy
    • Design and optimize email templates that engage audiences
    • Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the ideal audience
    • A/B Test and analyze campaign performance providing actionable recommendations
    • Collaborate with account teams to ensure cohesive efforts across all channels
    • Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and data privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of Email Marketing experience, B2B or B2C
    • Highly proficient in multiple email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Klayvio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
    • Knowledge of email best practices such as segmentation, list management, A/B testing
    • Skilled in Google Analytics tracking and UTM parameters
    • Understanding of HTML and CSS for email design
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to produce on a tight deadline
