- Contribute to a running intelligence estimate and CIP synchronized with the common operations picture to enable the planning and execution of full-spectrum cyberspace operations.
- Contribute to the body of knowledge on adversary cyber, IO, and EW capabilities and intentions.
- Working as expert, conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence, to include OSINT, with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures .
- Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider: HS 16+ Years.
- Demonstrated experience in writing intelligence reports and products in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 206 standards.
- Must have experience in the following areas:
- Experience analyzing network events to determine the impact on current operations
- Experiennce conducting all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent.
- Has prepared assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
- Has conducted cohesive threat data correlation
